Well, your continual hyping of his services are why we are contacting him for our tours this year. My wife is understandably nervous about getting in any cars in the island... I keep talking about the fact that a boardie has a vested interest in a driver. Whether you do it to keep him out of your basement, or out of your hair, the support gets a lot of respect in my book either way.

If your going to hire a driver make a stop at the Blue hole Mineral spring on the way back. to make it worth it.
Nefie,
Thanks for the suggestion.
A six hour trip to the Market with a stop at Blue Hole (and Zion Hill?).
Sounds like new package

Re: Sav La Mar market question
We would go to Sav market every Sat. Our veg lady was "Sister" Miss G would give her the list and we'd go to the meat "market"
Linston was about early teen and came as our designated mule to carry stuff. Sometimes we'd carry Mommy with us and MIss G would take her to the shops for clothes while Linston and I would hang out. I gave him his first drink of beer there one day.
An hour later we'd pick up the stuff from Sisiter and pay the bill. She was always very fair with quality and price.
We'd pack up the jeep to the roof........to the roof with what you ask?...........I forgot to mention Miss Eeron........the very local shop keeper.........she had a really whiney, whiney voice and always begged a ride to pick up drink boxes and such...... I hauled her ass to Sav and back loaded to the roof.at least 100 times........you think she buy me a drink at the shop?.........not a chance......
I do love living in the hills.........Go to Sav on market day. It will be a great memory
