Another vote for Luxurious Carib. Great customer service with the best prices for transfers I found.

I would suggest that if you want a private transfer that you make that very clear with whoever you select. We did the VIP arrival only to get out to our driver (NOT Luxurious Carib) to find out we had to wait on another couple. We thought we had reserved a private transfer.
