We just had the Best in the West Jerk chicken Wednesday night { our last night} Some things you just gotta do, before you leave, ya know what I'm sayin' mon'?

That's how I make it at home in my smoker. I am going to be hitting them up several times on my reach....I can feel it already! LOL! :)
