They do make regular stops along the way to pick up more scheduled passengers and the stops do have bars and stores nearby to pick up anything you may need or have forgotten.

As per their website, trip takes 300 minutes (5 hours) one way. Leaves Negril at 7:15 daily (on weekends they have a second departure in early afternoon).
Leaves Port Antonio at 6:30 am daily. To access their website, just click on the "Transport" tab at top of this site.

@ booger....not really. 1st stop from negril to mobay, not really near any stores or bars. from mobay to falmouth/glistening waters. short stop, only load and unload. next stop ochee...bar there and 15 min to order food or get a drink. haven't done the pa run yet.
