I have both scotiabank debit card and visa card. I do not get a fee for dispensing JA $$ using scotiabank. If I use my scotiacard in another ATM I get a $5 fee.
I won't be using visa much this year unless the vendors will put in three in JA$$. The US exchange rate is too high.

I should have clarified, my point was to say it is worth it. The original line is a quote my grandpa always used about vacations, and they traveled all the time.
