Duty Free Liquor still available on arrival at Sangster?

I couldn't agree with Gwhizman more. Buying liquor at the the duty free at the airport is like changing money at departure. Ya it's convenient but way overpriced. Stop at the HiLo or Mega Mart on the way out. Both will have cases and even cold beers, as well as ice (even a cooler, if you forgot one) and both have money exchange.

BTW, the mark on Gwhizman's map is for the HiLo in downtown MoBay. Driving downtown MoBay is not for the faint of heart. It's kinda like Rick's Cafe or Margaritaville, you should try it once just to say you've done it, but don't go out of your way. It is a crazy place. The HiLo is at the Fairview shopping Centre. As you are leaving MoBay and you make the big left turn passed the St. James police station. Pull into Jerky's for lunch and then check out the HiLo just behind it.
