What's your favorite dish? I alternate between fried/escovich and steamed fish with bammy. It's a tough call. For the past 33 years, I've found Cosmo's to be the most consistently great Jamaican cuisine in Negril. It isn't the cheapest, but the portions are amongst the most generous and always high quality.
