I guess they can have frozen lobsters till April 21st ................... must be "registered" lobsters ................ ? ? ? ? ............ and I think I saw an article saying there is a 1M fine if caught catching lobster out of season and lifetime revocation of their fisheries permit?

there was just a big article one of the Jamaican Newspaper saying the fine has been increased....
and can be as high as 3million J's now plus prison time...
previously it was like $1,000J's fine which wasn't much of a deterrent....
mi have been tired of seeing the Lobstermon selling lobsters during the closed season on da beach for years and years.....

The pdf is key - that agrees with Bnewb. If caught before 01Apr they can be sold, etc. until 21Apr. After that, none can be in possession.
