Re: Chicken Lavish verification
Harrys,
What you posted at 3:30am today is not libelous in the least toward Chicken Lavish or the owner. Considering that there are 6 daily drawings and that 2/3rd of all Jamaicans play the lottery, listening to a Jamaican talk about it is not a stretch of the imagination.
From the Observer, "Without a doubt, winning the Jamaican lottery jackpot is the dream of the vast majority of Jamaicans, myself included. Many people play the game religiously, every draw, in the hope of happening upon the right number combination. I cannot begin to count the amount of times I have heard it discussed what exactly people would do should those funds find itself in their possession. One particular friend always insists that he will never change, and will always be the same person that we have always known."

But what you posted this morning is not what you originally posted. What you originally posted was pure libelous speculation based on a member of your family, who does not post here. Your libel possibly extends to them. Conveniently you left that out, further extending your libel towards me.
No where in your original post did you mention other menus. Your only comment was " as evidenced by the conversion rate here". I can only take your post with the words you used. If you meant other menus, you should have mentioned other menus.
And did you take the time to ask the owner on any of your numerous three visits and sit down talks about the menu pricing? The answer may both surprise and amuse you.

The Curried Conch is the best around!
Re: Chicken Lavish verification
For me, it’s the coleslaw. I get a big bowl as a side when I go for the first time each trip. Really, I could make a lunch of just that. Something about their coleslaw literally ruins my love of the dish anywhere else.
I don’t know the name of the young gentleman who almost always serves us (doc has been there a few times, he’s a talkative guy), but he always has a smile, and makes sure your order is on point.
Chicken lavish is probably my favorite spot, and a must do each and every trip.
Re: Chicken Lavish verification
Harrys,
Your post was removed because you have again posted libel. This will be the last acknowledgement of your libelous comments. In the future, if you have a post removed, please read the guidelines.

Re: Chicken Lavish verification
Can you explain why the exchange rate fluctuates here based on the item ordered? I'm curious why it would be amusing.
Re: Chicken Lavish verification
Ask the owner on your next visit. The fourth time is the charm!
Re: Chicken Lavish verification
Solution: Bring both currencies & pay with which ever benefits you more. Then give them a bigger tip to reflect the difference. Or in other WORDS who cares. The prices are so reasonable there is really nothing to complain about anyway!
