We like Kenny's Italian Cafe pizza.

Tree House makes a very good lobster pizza

We got delivery from Ciao last trip and it was excellent. I usually don't eat pizza in Negril but I'm looking forward to another delivery next trip!

And hot dogs, calling it sausage.

Give Chances another “chances” it is exceptionally good and hot....

Chances was so-so (couple years ago).
Idle-a-while (between Coco and Charela) also has decent pizza. It's on their lunch menu, but never had a problem ordering it at dinner time.
Ciao is still the best pizza I've had in Negril.

We have had good at Kenny’s . We just had one at CCLP. It was very good.

Another vote for Kenny's Italian Cafe. Try their Caprese salad.

We tried Ciao and it was good but I still haven’t found any pizza that is as good as Angela’s thin crust was. Really miss that place!
