New curfew hours for Westmoreland

The construction talked about is over for now. No traffic issues other than it hasn't been permanently paved yet.

Do you know how the Public Gathering restrictions affect restaurants? Will restaurants be required to limit number of guest served, based on that restriction?

Restaurants have been limited since reopening to 50% capacity. Nothing has changed.
