State Dept Warning

Yeah, it's mostly common sense. Like here in Buffalo, you don't go to the East Side after dark if you want to be safe.

My son's are at UB and tell me the same. Thankfully I've raised them with common sense and more importantly street smarts.

I've been registered on the STEP program for years. They issue these warnings on a regular bases. It's really nothing new. https://step.state.gov/STEP/Index.aspx
