Update...they made good on their corporate mission of integrity and respect. They found us a hotel room which is located 10.7 miles from the airport. So instead of the "park & fly" shuttle service we will drive to the airport the morning of departure and park long term (21 days).
The hotel has inflated the room price...$642.33...for the one evevning, of which we will be reimbursed the difference from our original booking. We will also be reimbursed the $252 for the airport parking...and yes I do have all of this in writing.
The only real downside to this whole adventure is I won't be watching my Packers on the beach. Soon come.

Well I must say that they really made good on the deal. Have a GREAT vacation. I'm so happy that it all worked out. When I first read this I thought it was Bull****.

Thank you Yvonne and Jim-Donna! We are very pleased with the outcome. I really feel for the folks who are in the same predicament and do not even know it yet. They are going to show up in Indy expecting their reserved room only to find they are stranded...not good.
