When we stayed at Seastar in March I asked if the chef would prepare my red snapper "Escoveitched" and the waiter said: No Problem. It was even better than the snapper at Catcha. It was sooo good that I had it several times. They should put it on the menu.
I think they sometimes have escoveitche fish on the saturday night buffet do they not?
everyting is great at SeaStar Inn............hard to beat for sur.........
they will make any drink the way you want it....Purple Rains are popular there.....
they were making banana drinks any which way mi could think of......
and they were all great........all made with bananas of course........
of course the dirty banana's are great there.......
I got hooked on these Banana shakes they would make.....to die for mon...
any fish dish is excellent..........
the burger is awesome.........
the Chicken Cordon Bleau is one of mi favorite entrees der..........

Grilled Lobster
Lobster tails served in the shell with a side of melted butter.

Lobster, garlic, tomato, onion and green pepper sautéed in butter.

Their lobster is outstanding, and the fish is very tasty, especially the conch fritters! Also, their drinks, especially the purple rains and hummingbirds and dirty bananas, are the best I have had anywhere.
When it comes to the saturday night buffet the fish is the best! All the food on the buffet is really good, but the fish! Eat too much fish everytime.

That buffet is the bomb..especially the snapper!
