Nothing to do with being a tourist...just good common sense! Don't wander any unknown neighborhood...anyplace in the world...especially at 3am...:)

It was not in that neighborhood...further down West End Road. But that time...yes. Very dark.

I remember mi first trip into the village there was a water spigot at an inter section in the middle of the village and there was cb taking a shower in it. He hollared tattoocharlie come join me I said thanks mon but mi just fine. I wish now I would have jumped right in. I love the fact the community seemed to share and help eachother in many ways...
