There are two great zipline tours just outside Montego Bay. It would be an hour and a half for you and about two hours for them.

Welcome to the board. The other posters are right on target about us falls vs dunns however. Us is a lot closer. Different experiences though, I think. Dunns river is super, super touristy, and can be insanely crowded on days when cruise ships dock... I liked both, but ys would be my choice if staying in negril.
