The last time I stayed at Coco the breakfast deal was that if you didn't want the Continental breakfast, you would get credit for the price of that breakfast deducted from the price of another breakfast. It was like having a $6 credit, per person, at the restaurant every morning!
I have never stayed at the Tree House but I think the beach at CoCo is bigger & better. I have decided to stay at CoCo all the time on the beach(stayed twice). Remember when you get prices many don't include the tax.
If you go through Negrilonestop they have the tax included,the free continental breakfast also.
