Re: Man, I miss the good ole days....
Lol! You don't realize it yet, Daisy, but these are your "good 'ol days." You and Markus are so young and have so much to look forward to. I must admit that having my children raised and doing my own thing has been (bitter)sweet as well. Congratulations on your anniversary. Glad you're back! Missed your posts.

Me three...
It's not about other places or what's to come. It's not about being young or old. It's about something that was and is gone. That's all.

You get it Katho! (of Course)......Happier days...Smiles and laughter all around....maybe that's why I like to walk alone, If I see you and want to have a beer or a conversation, I will stop. If I don't, I will wave hello and walk on by. No problem, No worries..it doesn't mean I don't want to spend time with someone, just maybe not at that moment or I don't want to hear the latest gossip. I love Jamaica with all my heart..but I need to get back to going there for me and my need to unwind and have fun, and spend time with the folks I enjoy spending time with.

For all the first time visitors to Negril, these ARE the good old days. They can lament on future trips how things used to be.

Absolutely, they are all "the Good Ole Days" when you are there. Negril is still THE best place in the world to me. I guess what I'm trying to say is, the way I spend my time there now is different than when I first started going. What I need to do is step back and do the things I used to enjoy and not worry about what else is going on around me..make sense? Stay longer-do less..lol
