West End Tales: Return to the beach

I come to Jamaica for the people, culture and food.

Diane comes to Jamaica to feed the cats!!��

Needless to say, the cats at CLP will be well fed this week!!!

Diane wants to know if we can hit HiLo for another bag of Friskies cat food!!!

Every morning when we rise, there is a cat a the door waiting for a handout! Every evening when we return cats come running for Diane's free meals!

Time for a beach walk, Diane asks which way, I say ladies choice, we r going left (South).

Instead of going left, we go right, down to Couples Swept Away, stopped in at Tree House.

Captain Kirk stopped us on the walk, says hi to all his friends on Negril.com

Breakfast at CLP, National breakfast for me with Akee and salt fish etc.. Di and Carly had continental, Keith had the Coco breakfast sandwich. All good!

Girls headed to the beach, boys downtown. Hit Scotia, walked to Police Station for quick tour, then to St Anthony's for a donation. Walk back to round a bout and over the bridge, decide not to hit craft market. Quick route taxi to Travellers. Keith worksout, I walk the beach. First time this trip I encounter serious harassment. About 100 yards north of Travellers, three young guys start giving me the "no respect" routine! No problem for me, but might be unnerving for a new comer!

When I returned back that way on my return, the youths were gone. Picked up Keith at Travellers, back to Coco. Lunch from Best in the West, good jerk chicken! Girls want to go Para Sailing, no problem. They had a blast!

Chill on the beach, chill into the pool. Shower up.

Headed to Canoe!

Headed to Canoe for webcast and dinner. Sea glass hunting was fruitful! Had dinner with Rob and Lisa, good times, lots of laughes and nice food!

Back to Coco for dessert and cards around the pool.

We are all getting a good nights sleep, but are tired, must be the heat and humidity!

Time for coffee and a beach walk, ladies choice, but we are definitely going left today!

Sounds like a blast last night. You had just got there when I was getting off work. Live it up boss!

I always like to adopt those cats while on vacation.

Morning tour with Steve Positive Tours, hills, way west end, Whoppies, Light House. Steve did a great job, very flexible and accommodating!

Great views from the top of the Light House. Lots of pics and videos, but nah cannot post with dis bumba clot iPad mimi???

We are having quite the adventure!

Girls at da beach, Keith working out at Travellers. I'm running errands, need more minutes from Digi cell, Carly has a boyfriend back home and 800 minutes wasn't enough!!!!

We hooked up with Steve on last years trip. He's a GREAT guy and as said flexible & accommodating!

Chilling at CLP, not going to make it to Drifters today.

ENJOY IT UP!- I look at Rick's Earth Cam saw it was rough!

The routine: VVHT is nudged awake, pushed out of bed and ordered to check on HER cats! Feed them two bowls of kibble, two bowls water.

Then make pot of coffee. Serve her in bed. Times tough!

Yesterday was an adventure with Steve Positive Tours. Drive through the hills, came back via Hog Heaven and Westender Inn. Whoopsies hammock park, Light House then back to CLP.

We spent all afternoon chilling around CLP, beach pool and nap.

Dinner at CLP was very good. Our server for both dinners at CLP was Raqeen (?)' she did a wonderful job!

Early to bed.

Today after breakfast, Keith wants to workout, girls want to paddle board..
