^ God I am so drooling right now...! 😜 👍😃
Had dinner twice last week, favorite was the Red Snapper (Delicious) and Mr Quality then gave us a short ride back to Home Sweet Home, pretty awesome!
I had to bring this back up to the top!!
I had another delicious dinner last night at Quality's Sea Breeze. My friends were also impressed with their meal.
Here are some high points:
The sea food is excellent quality and tastes very fresh.
He fries with Coconut oil - doesn't get much better than that!!! It gives the fish such a light, clean flavor with no greasiness.
His steamed veggies are always fresh and delicious. Mine have always included Cho Cho and Bok Choy in additions to sweet fresh carrots, and just enough cabbage to add flavor. A little cauliflower, a little sweet pepper - all delicious and seasoned just right.
I tried mashed potatoes last night - I love the flavor of Jamaican "Irish". Try the fish pan-fried with Quality's garlic sauce - and use a little sauce on the mashed potatoes. My taste buds were very happy.
His portions are very generous, and the food is consistently top quality - pun intended.
Service by Kinesha is always very good - sorry I don't know the correct spelling. I'll be able to ask, since I intend to try breakfast next.
Stop by and check out his new fancy lights in front!
Then stay for a well-mixed drink and some excellent food.
I tried breakfast at Quality's Sea Breeze yesterday. It was DELICIOUS!
The Sea Breeze Omelet was my choice. The veggies were small dice and perfectly seasoned - including the tender small stems and leaves of callaloo, and the shrimp was so tasty and fresh. All cooked to perfection inside the omelet. Fresh, sweet fruit, and wheat toast. Kenisha makes a GOOD cup of coffee, good and strong.

Quality and Kenisha arrived a little later than usual, because they were open a little later the night before for their guests. Because Quality is not just his name, but his business model, he does all the cooking. I like that, because you can always expect the same "Quality" of food. To me that's a big selling point. Too often, I go to a restaurant where I've had a good meal, only to be disappointed because the chef has changed. That won't happen here.

If you want to go for breakfast, I suggest calling ahead to be sure of the opening time. Or, if you're like me - go around 9ish and sit and enjoy the beautiful view while they get things prepared.

The lovely Kenisha will serve your delicious food with a smile. Special request?? No problem, she will do her best to make it happen.
Go enjoy one of near West End's best kept secrets. You will be raving about the food, just like everyone else who eats here. It's on the land side of One Love Drive, (West End Road) between Canoe and German Bar.
Thanks Nurse Marcia! lol, Do they have room available so you don't have to leave Quality Sea Breeze. lol, Just a thought. We WILL be checking dem out on our next reach!
Vince - I don't understand the question about having to leave Quality Sea Breeze. Sorry.
My bad. If they had rooms to rent and the great food they serve and the views you would never want to leave there. lol, sorry:rolleyes:
Ahhh - I get it. I'm a little simple today, I guess. But you have that right. Would never have to leave! Good idea.
We are at Qualities now and it is hands down the best meal of our trip. Hubby had pan fried snapper, I had shrimp pasta in cream sauce and our son had chicken strips. Very flavorful dishes and huge portions, we will definitely return at least once before we leave :)
I miss Quality's food, Quality and Kenisha - it will snow here later today.
I want to come back until it's really Spring here.

I hope this special is still in effect for November! Everything looks super yummy...We've always visited Negril in June, when Lobster wasn't in season...SOOOOO looking forward to Lobster dinner this time in November! Can't wait! :)
On my way in about 5 weeks! Save me my table!
~Moose
Sweet!! A trip report in 5 weeks?! ;)
Looking forward to at least one visit! How nice to offer this discount :)
We are bringing newbies with us (not new to Jamaica but first time in Negril) and she loves coconut shrimp but is especially fond of mango sauce.... hopefully we can get her something like that. She is a very discerning diner. I, on the other hand, love everything and want to try one of each.... but will likely start with the Moose Special!
