I see the locals and realize the basics of life are all you really need to live happy before you die? Not like they have an easy life but the locals are more "of the earth" than I will ever be.

At home I'm never in bed before 10:00pm - however - I have had many an early night while on vacation in Negril - probably due to the fact I've drained up all the sunshine during the day with a few vodka and tings to help me along the way.
hmmmm Vodka and ting - never have that back home.
Drink beet juice.

Drink a lot of beer!
I think I hug my wife much more in Negril!
Get out of the sun at 5-6 pm, take a shower, and go to dinner usually without makeup and with my wet hair simply pulled back or held back with sunglasses on my head. The naturalness of the suntanned cheeks and highlights of my hair after days in the sun simply is prettier, in my opinion, than any make up will ever be!
I would rather keep that to myself! :)
1 Buy a Case of Red Stripe
2 leave some with the staff on my last day
Spend the day swimming & sunbathing in the buff with a Red Stripe in hand.
