Love all of the food, but boiled banana, boiled dumpling is too heavy fimi...

I have had "blue drawers" or whatever they are called. Several years ago at Seastar, I asked Francine's mother to fix me some. I had read about them but had never had them. Quite different yet tasty!! Always good when they are homemade by a yardie! :)
