Re: With a heavy heart...
So many pastry places on the west end have come and gone the past 30 years. I was grateful for the referral to Out Of Town when 3 C's closed. My first visit, I asked Collin what kind he had that morning and he started reciting them and I just said, "I'll take one of each." He smiled and placed each in a little bag. I smiled when he told me the price for this plenty. Ever since, he would get a big smile of recognition, year after year upon my return. This is so heartbreaking. It's the most painful thing about being a longtime visitor to Negril. The changes are understandable. The cruel deaths are not.
Re: With a heavy heart...
Wow, that's so sad! Prayers r with his family & friends!
Re: With a heavy heart...
Time for a pond scum clean up in Negril.
Re: With a heavy heart...
Prayers and condolences to the family. I'm so sorry. Hope they catch the evil people who did this.
And to anyone who says, "This could happen anywhere," I TOTALLY disagree.
Re: With a heavy heart...
Our condolences 😔😔 how very tragic our thoughts and prayers are with the family. While staying at @ Hideawhile last July hubby and I really enjoyed walking down to stock up on beef patties and fish loves for the day and chat for a bit
Re: With a heavy heart...
Has there been an arrest in this case yet??
Re: With a heavy heart...
I think if a reward was offered, those scumbags would get turned in
Re: With a heavy heart...
Spanky, a reward would work yes, but only if it included protective custody and a visa to relocate out of the country asap. The 'Informer Fi Dead' mentality/culture is still very much reality.

Re: With a heavy heart...
I'd like to offer my condolences as well. We didn't know Collin well but he was always a very nice, quiet man when we went to Out of Town. We left Negril the day after he passed, but hadn't heard. We did notice a sadness when we were leaving Negril but had no idea. So sorry for his family.
