Re: Traveling with Kids
Just returned on the 30th from 12 days with my daughters who are 3 and 8 (oldest had her birthday while we were there and Hammond's bakery made a FANTASTIC cake for her) they have been coming since little sister was in mama's tummy. They love the beach and pool far more than anything else. We try to stay someplace with a kitchen and usually eat only one meal out per day(kitchen has been invaluable as the little one isn't quite up to the "soon come" timing for food yet). Never been to Kool Runnings but I am sure they would love it too. It was closed for renovations when we were there this year so we couldn't go. The oldest loves to snorkel and there was great snorkeling from the beach at Rhodes Hall. They enjoyed Canoe Bar's steel drum show and there is a ton of seaglass on the beach there. No worries they will have a great time and it is not hard to find plenty to do.

Re: Traveling with Kids
We are bringing my 12 and 10 year old in June. Planning a "Island Tour" (Appletons and YS Falls), Cool Running Water park, and either a Cat Cruise or a Glass Bottom snorkeling trip. The rest of the time just beach and pool time. We are staying at Tree House so I am sure we will also go down to Margaritaville and use the water trampoline and slides. Just ordered us all snorkeling sets from Amazon, also going to bring a couple of inflatable rafts and a football and soccer ball. Kids also want to try (me too) the paddle boards at Tree House. It is going to be a great trip!
