Interesting! :)

This was posted by Rock Robster years ago - DO NOT use flea collars - they are not meant for human use.

WTF? A flea collar? I have NEVER let my PETS wear them......sheeeeesh.....
Our cats lost hair and burned their skin when we tried to use them as directed. To use them when directly warned not to is not the right thing to do.

Re: Current reports on no seem em's, sand fleas, etc...
Mud,
We used cat flea collars. We dont need to buy a dog to read the warning labels on the dog collar boxes:
Description
HartzĀ® UltraGuard™ Flea & Tick Collar for
Puppies kills both fleas and ticks for 7 months.
This collar has a clean, fresh scent and is water
resistant. For use on puppies 6 weeks of age and
older.
READ ENTIRE LABEL BEFORE EACH USE.
USE ONLY ON DOGS.
Precautionary Statements
HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC
ANIMALS
Negril.com cannot condone them for human usage, even the manufacturer warns against it.

Thanks to all for their input. Packing DEET but no flea collars per Rob's input. Nine more days!
