It's at One Mile...South of Alfreds and between the Merrills properties...right next to Momma Flo's...across the road from Hidden Paradise....about 50ft inward from the beach.

Thank you Big Shiny. I will take a wander along the beach. Pretty sure I can find the Merrills properties as they are on my map hahaha.
