When taking direct quotes from copyrighted sources, it is not proper or legal to not mention that you are using their words and not your own. You did not state the you took the wording directly from the website you posted. Only someone who clicks on the link and read the entire story would know you wrote none of those words. That is not proper or fair usage.

So is smoking in public areas... Passing the speed limit on the roadways, and my personal favorite, robbing the tourists.
All that aside though, it sounds more like a place to play a game of cards is being facilitated, not a casino being opened. If I were there, I would go and take all of the players money.
