I've never had a service problem here. I wouldn't call it warm, exactly, but incompetent, no! As far as Woodstock, I love a good couple of hours spent playing dominoes! One of my favorite activities!!! I'm lucky the help me learn, since I can't read the cards as fast as they can! Excited for more "lessons":
