Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
Press and hold the Side button (aka power) until you see the Apple logo.

Ah, that is a hard restart or reset of the phone, but does not clear the cache. Here are the simplest instructions that I can find.

A similar clear of the cache should work equally on all iPhones. The issue here is with a hard refresh vs a hard restart... If the problem exists, make sure to clear the cache and the problem is resolved.
