Re: The official Grand Opening of Matthew's!
A few years ago while in Townsville, Australia on business I was asked what my preference was for a working lunch meeting. One of the choices that I was given was sushi so I thought it would be a safe bet. As a lover of "authentic" sushi (but certainly not an expert) I didn't think anything more about it until the sushi was placed on the table in front of us. I had to catch myself before I said something. I am not sure of the names but yes they did include chicken (fried), steak (like the cowboy roll) and a number of what I considered to be rather odd variations. All delicious and my mind was broadened. I am looking forward to trying Matthew's interpretation of sushi. I stopped at the NCB a few Saturday night's ago and when I looked over at Matthew's the place was jumping.

I agree. Stuff looks good, will need to give it a try. Nothing like beach town sushi or ceviche.
