Ok...I've decided to try to do a photo tutorial cuz I was also very stuck for a bit :) I tried making an actual video but the darn cam was not cooperating.

Attachment 1204After inserting it will put the link into your post...then click on the a/A button in the top right corner....this will change the link to a thumbnail size photo I couldn't get a pic of the pencil cuz i needed my mouse to click the take picture button but after the link turns into a thumbnail you need to hover the mouse pointer over the photo. In the top left corner a pencil will appear. You need to click the pencil and another window pops up giving u the options to resize.
