I had 121 this past April, loved being so close to the bar/restaurant and beach. No noise issue at all. The balcony is shared, however.

Grand Pineapple is a great, little resort. Great location on the beach. It's been a few years since we've been there but there are lots of great reviews on Tripadvisor.

We did Garden A our first time there, IrieChic. I liked it enough that I keep going back :). Not sure you can go wrong with any of the rooms/cottages there. Another boardie I've met steals the cove cottage every year, a small hut directly on the cove with it's own patio, the wife and I like Red Birch for the two of us, as it has a kitchen and two full bathrooms. I want to get the long house for our next vacation, my wife says no.
