How much do you budget?

Just came back and totaled everything, down to Starbucks in the airport on the way home.

There were 3 of us, myself and 2 adult children. Total was $3780 for air, lodging, food, transportation, souvenirs, everything, for 10 days for the 3 of us. Didn't skimp - no route taxis or budget accommodations or cooking our own meals, had plenty of drinks in bars, nice dinners out (lobster a couple of times), boat and tours, private driver - did all we wanted. Stayed in 3 different areas. Always seafront with pool, AC, wifi, etc.

$4700.00 for 2, that's why I'm gong with ohliz next year!!

We budget $100/day after we take care of our room and transfer. We're staying 15 nights in February. Beach front room will be $1650. Private drivers including airport transfer will be about $500 (we like to get out in to the country and we take care of our drivers) Total for 2 of us not including airfare will be about $3700. Been traveling to Negril since '92.
