Re: Trail of bottle caps.... where was I
Well that's as good of a picture as you can get at Las Vegas Negril at # somthin oclock in the morning?
At some point after some crazy assed sh$#, we head out, OH, I forgot about the road "cheekin" I believe it was on the way out of Roots needs a chicken fix so she buys some from a guy out front which I guess was left in the taxi with the wallet? Maybe? I really don't know?
Anyway, now its like 4 am or somthin? Where else can you go?
You are correct "Miyard"
Egg sandwich and a Redstripe at 4 somthin am!

Oh and a Cranberry wata, you have to have some hydration at some point!
Anyway I have one more picture to add, this could have been a real good shot, but, I used better judgment, and left the face full of greasy jerk sauce out? LMAOAttachment 34476
Re: Trail of bottle caps.... where was I
Anyway after eating and drinking some more we have to finish at some poit, so I call my friend O'neil, late night taxi guy! 876-381-7795
This guy is a redplate now, and unlike most of the drivers on here, he is the late night guy drives until the last party is over! So if you are a late night partier, Scrubadub included, you will want to make a not of this #
Ok so shortly after making the call O"neil arrives to pick us up, meanwhile Booger has picked up like a half dozen beers as a takeout?
So I was invited back for a drink, but remember what I came on this trip for? Apparantly I had forgotten again, remember training for a 10 km!!!
Anyway so I decide to call it a early night!, I mean early morning!
I really wanted to check out that villa, but after being invited several times I still never made!!
OK, so one more thing about that night, thi was funny!
Next day or maybe two, when I run into them on the beach Tizzy, is so mad at herself for leaving her "cheekin" in the taxi! lmao
So I had to tell her that wasn't what happened to it, "you ate it at Miyard" lol
Re: Trail of bottle caps.... where was I
HAhahaaaa
Great night followed by a few great days. I would add some color, however the whole night was foggy.
Re: Trail of bottle caps.... where was I
Nice report man, so close to home with how we roll.
On the free drink/bump incident, your a better man than me, I'm not so sure I could have extended such a warm greeting on that one.
Miyard pics caused a flashback of some of the wicked late night / early morning munchies I've had there.

Yeah, Booger even my recount may be out of order, or not exactly what happened but something like that?

Lol!
You throw it down very well my friend. Appreciated the time and look forward to the next. And thank you for being a gentleman the entire time, with added emphasis at Roots when punk beotch felt the need to bow up and get a free beer.
U do it right......

A few shots from the pasta party, the night before the race. I met up with a friend from the north coast he had called me for a hotel recommendation , something basic close by, the race start. I told him Gardenia met that requirement, of cours he got a run a round when he arrived, eventually he sorted things out as there was a maid who finally got him in a decent room?
The pasta party is a big event the food is always great, its like hearded cattle though, most people are fine, but you always have the few rude cut in type!
Re: Trail of bottle caps.... where was I
I stayed there for a while they always have a steel drum band in for entertainment. I ended up leaving with Rinakim, and a couple her friends, they were going back to Cocolapalm for dirty bananas, so I decide to tag along. I think I only had one, but that's was it , remember the race starts at 5;15 am!

So I actually finished in a time of 49;51 slower than I had hoped! I came in 4th in my age class, first non Jamaican by the way?
But I have several excuses!
-Too much Redstripe
-I usually use an app with gps on my phone to keep pace, Did not have!
- usually listen to music while I run, Did not have
- lack of training the weeks up to the race, just walking on a beach!

Re: Trail of bottle caps.... where was I
Pictures above, hey look its Fargoman!
Oh and th chicks that were on top of the bar, lmao!
So after the run this really good looking woman comes up and starts talking to me? After a moment she says "you don't know who I am do you?"
No had no idea was caught off guard although she looked fammiliare, ends up its Kahuna,s wife, she had ran the 10 km. as well. I had met her a few times but always with Kahuna so that is my excuse for not recognizing her, plus I don't always pay attention?
Ok so this was also cool, as I was grabbing a beer in my Redstripe tshirt, I was picked out for a few photos for the Redstripe crew. I met the rep for Westmorland, and I think maybe the sales manager or something talked it up a bit with them.

Re: Trail of bottle caps.... where was I
PGW you were drinking Red Stripe Lite instead of Red Strip after the race. Was that an early attempt to diet for next years competition? :-)
