So we aren't sure whether we are going to be able to get rooms at our regular spot at the Negril Beach Club Condos for our Jan 14th - Feb 7th, 2015 trip.
Is there anywhere else on the beach that has cooking facilities at a reasonable rate in room?

We were satisfied with our Kitchenette at Travellers when we stayed there. They have a Microwave, a hot plate, and a fridge if memory serves.
Cottages at Yellowbird have amenities to cook with as well, but it's a shared common area.
Check out Pure Gardens.
I stay at White Sands they have nice kitchenette rooms with full dishes and good price
I believe the Tree House has kitchens.
If you dont mind crossing the road, then The Coral seas Garden Resort has rooms with kitchens.
A/C, Cable, swimming pool and very good housekeeping and a safe in every room.
