Fans of the Castle

I know we have a few Blue Cave Castle regulars here, and I was hoping I could pick your brain. The wife and I have always wanted to stay at BCC. We are thinking about finally doing it this spring. Doing a bit of my own research, we have narrowed our room options down to one of the Superior Rooms, since we require AC. We just haven't decided which one, as they are all unique.

We would like to find a room with a great view of the sea, spacious balcony and nice bathroom. An upper floor room would be nice and a queen bed is a must. So, if any of you Castle veterans can offer some recommendations, it would be appreciated,

I don't believe #4 has AC.

The only superior room we've stayed in was #8. It's closer to the road so you get some road noise and I wouldn't say it has a spacious balcony. Too small for a table if I recall. Otherwise it seems to fit your needs. If we required AC we would stay in #8 again.

#4 does not have A/C. #10 in the guest house fits all your specifications except upper floor. Here's a shot of the view from #10. Please excuse my buddy Marty in the way.

We also like #8 but the balcony is tiny and the road noise was bad last time. #10 all the way!

10 is nice. Pretty large room too.

There property has zero shade in the afternoon,really f in hot.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. This has been really helpful. Looks like room #10 might be our first choice, although we would probably be happy with any one of the Superior rooms.

Thanks for the pic, Ras Walleye. That give me some perspective. It looks like room #9, is directly next to 10. Does it have a similar size patio or is it completely different?

#9 has a slightly smaller room and patio. But it's closer to the coffee!
#11 room and patio are slightly larger but the view is partially blocked by trees.

If second floor is not a priority then #10 is a good choice.

we have stayed in #11 and liked that it's the only Superior with its own private sundeck, the rest all adjoin each other
