Walk from Red Dragon

Any thoughts or advice for a walk from Red Dragon back to the beach/ocean?

Looks like from Red Dragon we could walk to Collette’s, but where from there?

As you walk out of Collette's, turn right DOWN Tank Hill Road. Once you hit the main road Nompraiel Road, take a left to the Round a Bout, and over the bridge to the beach, about 1.5 miles walking to Travellers from Collette's.

Using the full Google Map on our main Negril.com page, I got directions from the Dragon to Travellers. It is a 20-minute walk. But the one nice thing is that its all downhill from the Red Dragon!

Many thanks Rob! I have used the Google map many times and appreciate the effort. Is there anything worth stopping at as you walk towards the Cliffs? Is the Corner Bar worth a stop?

The Corner Bar is a "must do" in Negril for inexpensive COLD drinks, sports on HUGE TVs and incredible food.

It's THE PLACE to watch the big matches, cricket and football, the kind that you use your feet.

Considering how many times we've wound up at the Corner bar on our impromptu crawls, I'd agree with Rob! :biggrin-new:

No. The NFL Sunday Ticket is no longer available in Jamaica. But Natural Mystic (Susan's Bar) has virtually all the games through some online service.

Corner Bar is a real local bar, the NFL doesn't really rank, except maybe when Green Bay is playing.

From the Corner Bar we may walk (or stumble by that point) to Canoe Bar. Is there anywhere worth stopping in between the two?

If it's open the bar in the parking lot of Quality Traders (Green Store) is a good seat to people watch and occasionally draws a crowd.
