Rob & Lisa

Everyone knows of Rob's love of Jamaica and in particular Negril.
Negril.com was his 'baby' and his love for both was unwavering.
He was always beyond thrilled to share this love and wanted more than anything for someone to fall head over sandals the way he had.

For me...it was of course, more personal.
I was blessed enough to share my life with Rob for the past 18 years and I'm so incredibly thankful and also terribly heartbroken we won't be sharing more.
He offered me his insights, his massive intellect, passion and a love like no other in our relationship. I'm going to miss him more than anything...he was my rock!

Thank you All for your outpouring of kindness, love and respect you've shown over the last few days.
I know for certain, that Rob would want you all to continue your love for Negril and Jamaica and to continue being the amazing ambassadors you've always been.

I realized something as I was writing...
Rob first visited Negril this same week 37 years ago. 💔

Beautifully said Lisa... I know this must've been terribly hard for you to write, my husband and I send you our sincere condolences on Robs passing...
Rob was one of a kind...,

So sorry for your loss. He was a true legend and visionary. He was loved and will be missed!!!

So sad. I had was able to speak with both of you shortly at the Canoe. Sad

I've become a grandma in the past 7 years and don't get to Negril nearly as often as I used to or check in with Negril.com as often as I'd like but would like to send my sincere condolences to Lisa and the rest of Rob's family and loved ones. Was so sad to learn of his passing. RIP, Rob. Thank you for Negril.com.

I am so sorry about Rob. So glad you found each other!! Negril is a special place and will always remind of Rob and good times we all had being boardies.

My favorite Rob and Lisa story was back in 2007.

They were doing a webcast at Canoe, and I was with Oz and Juggy.
Juggy offered me one of his special joints! I indulged, whoops!!

Next thing I know Rob and Lisa are carrying me to their car! I was like an rubber band, absolutely no muscle control!

I don't know how they got me into the back seat, but somehow they managed!

They drove me back to Seastar and somehow got me back to my room.

I will be forever grateful for that service!!
