Best road-side barrel-chicken experience you've ever enjoyed in Negril

I've had some amazing meals road-side with the Jerk chicken guys, too many to count, but I've also enjoyed some fun, sometimes funky experiences with them, too.

Here are some examples:

1, A barrel guy named Winston (has not been around last couple of trips) caught a big land crab for my daughter, and her face just lit up.

2, Step Aside, roundly regarded as among the best, did that great video featuring his great motto: "if the chicken don't ready, i don't sell it to no one."

3, Season to the Bone, a younger jerk chicken cook near Ricks, is the new blood -- this guy is going to be a legend one day

4, Always loved LeRoy near Catcha, no longer around.

5, There used to be barrel guy near Bar B Barn, I think he was called Chicken Man, who also had lobsters consistently late at night -- hard to find in Negril. When we would bargain, he always used to chuckle when I would point to an extra little lobster and say: "Throw his little brother in, too!"

Just after you left Gerry Step Asides cart was destroyed, hit by a car, all there was was scatered debris, luckily I here he Stepped Aside and wasnt hurt. (I know thats not really funny) I just wish I had taken pictures.

I used to just love shorty's Chicken across from the Yacht Club, by MXIII. Some good jerk! Shorty went Farin. :)

Patricia is his name Bgrill? Was at BCC last march and his soup was awesome but didn't catch his name...I would buy him a beer at L&M on my trips back and forth and I couldn't wait for his awesome soup to be ready in the evenings sometimes while we just relaxed in the yard at the castle. Pretty laid back guy...there was a rasta that would hang out at times with him that was real chill too
