my pizza place of choice on the beach would be Chances. Why not stop in or call and ask them if they can accommodate you? Or, maybe you can arrange to have your party right at their place on the beach... I'm guessing they'd appreciate the extra activity at their restaurant.... just typing out loud. Others will probably chime in.
I like Angela's pizza (Bar-B-Barn), until I tried the pizza from The German Bar (they deliver). Both are really good check them out.

I can't think of the name of the bar but the best we've had is just past chicken lavish on the sea side. It's a bar with draft beer owned by a guy in a wheelchair.
Lizardbeth...that bar is no longer open.
But, there are a lot of good pizza choices now...a couple that have delivery conveniently set up - Ciao Jamaica & Seastar Inn...not set up for delivery but sure they can get it to you :) & good choices also - the German Bar, Sunrise Cafe & Angela's (both a bit pricier)....

Seastar's pizza menu is on their website including toppings available. Click on restaurant. They will have to delivered to you quickly
Ask the locals that are at the party and they will make it happen NO PROBLEM MON !
Best pizza in Negril in our opinion is the Italian Cafe 957-4032. The delivery driver is Steve Scott and his number is 275-1286. My favorite is the Rasta Pizza.
One should try Jamaica Tamboo on the Beach..... top of the line Lobster Pizza, excellent crust and ingredients.
Ciao has been the best for awhile - we tried Italian Cafe this trip and it was as good or close. Not sure if they deliver.
