Look at the reply box. Go 4 spaces from spellcheck, where it says insert picture. Good luck!

In the "Quick Reply" box at the bottom of the thread. Just above the box where you type. Third from the right is a "insert image" icon. Right next to the icon that looks like 2 frames of a film strip.
