Walking the West End

Miss Mae at Joseph's Cave has a nice looking new dog. I'm always amazed at Jamaican dogs. Smart, smart animals. I finally got to pet this guy. Such a good boy!

Stopped by Presley's across from Rock House for a cold one and some reasoning. Long discussion about what is the best tasting fish. Maybe eat there next week.............

Another beer stop at Negril Escape. These two boats were heading to Rick's but there weren't many people on board. Anyone on the sunset cruises this week got wet. It rained off and on all afternoon. We had to wait it out in different bars all along the West End :D

Finally made it to T-Bird. Nice likkle rum bar of the property called Mango Tree Restaurant and bar. (Not to be confused with Mango Trees at the top of Tigress Lane.) Ate some fry chicken and watched a cricket game. Some friends are going to stay in this cottage next week. Looks nice to me!

When pushcart took over that spot they blocked off the cave access - that used to be a favorite cooling off spot for us and we definitely miss it.

nice pics....we love our dogs...Those west end dogs amaze me at their instincts....when we ate at Aubies last reach,(at the old location by wise choice) outside tables by the road....cars come flying by....dogs right on the egde of the road.....so worried one was gonna take two steps in the wrong direction....they just know better....


I am so glad the Cornhuskers beat my team in the bowl game this year....we have made some BIG changes in our coaching staff on defense that has got to help...

U are one of the 1st people to welcome me to this board back in 09 when we went on our first trip....

Miss Mae at Joseph's Cave said any time you want to snorkel that cove you can gain access though the cave. I would say just buy a few drinks at her bar and all would be good.

That was a big win for us. We lost our quarterback and most of the O line through the season so it was big, big.

Husker ... Did you go to Pressley's ... I have wanted to go, but for some reason haven't done it yet!

We didn't make it back to Presley's but our friends did and the Lobster was magnificent!

thank u for the heads up regarding Miss Mae @ the Cave. I miss hangin at Pirates Cave, jumpin, swimin, would stop almost everyday for drinks and a jump and swim, sometimes make an entire day of it. Once Push Cart opened, haven't been back but will surely stop and give Miss Mae some business and enjoy a swim...
