What is a good white rum that is avalible in Negril?
Wray and Nephew
Having worked for Wray and Nephew I would have said Overproof.
But the Edwin Charley distillery in Trelawny makes J.B. and it's a much smoother drink.
But you never heard me say that

And that will be a Full Q of JB Overproof! At least back in my drinking days.....
I found Rum Bar Rum to go down smooth, even straight just poured over ice. JB and the Wray and Nephew won't let me do that.
JB! Bought Conquering Lion OP once, that was decent too.
Personally I cant even stand the smell of JB, if your looking for a more traditional white rum there is Appleton Genesis.

I second that emotion!!! Smooth and very mixable! JB would be my vote for overproof but that is hard for me to take. I'll stick to Appleton Genesis. Not a white...but Chris Blackwell's rum is off the hook good!!!Quote:
