My day on the cliffs - what are musts for one day/one night?
Everyone on here is great with suggestions about where to stay for my one night on the westend. Going to head up there on a wed morning and in addition to finding somewhere to stay (hope I can get an early check in, but won't count on it) what are some suggestions about what to fill my day with? What are must-sees, must dos, must eats?

Only place I have been is 3-dives. Are all the other spots within walking distance of each other for the most part?

3 Dives, Pablo's, PeeWee's, No Limit & Ciao all in the same area. In fact, PeeWee's & No Limit are across the street from each other.

Yes, but De Bar is further toward the roundabout.

great! Thanks all. I'm serious budget for this trip. I'd like to visit all places, have a drink and move on- but where should I make sure I eat since I cant eat at all. (Though I would like to...)
I plan on heading up early. Best breakfast up there?

If you choose Catcha Gardens, LTU is right across the street and has very good breakfast.
Slightly older map - 4 years - but has most places mentioned here on it: http://www.travelsinjamaica.com/p/ne...verything.html

Wear your swim suit to Xtabi, you'll not be able to resist getting in the wata. Best early in the morning when calm. After your swim you won't want to miss the best dirty banana on the west end.

can't say no to a dirty banana!

I agree, gotta have an awesome dirty banana at Xtabi! I loved my meal at Sips n Bites last trip. Brown stewed chicken. Great sides included and VERY reasonably priced...most memorable meal last trip. Can't wait to go back!

Start with breakfast at Canoe, I believe you have to wait until about ten but well worth it! Have a couple of small dishes as you work your way up the west end. I suggest a nice dinner, Catcha would be first choice of course followed by Seastar. End with a chill vibe at De Bar. Catcha Gardens is our go to from now on. Can't beat it. The next morning check out Jus Natural deep west end before your beach return. If you need a west end driver pm me. I have the best IMO. Will stay with you until you're comfortable. Well known and highly reliable

In the evening, checkout the Pushcart restaurant and bar, at the Rockhouse hotel. They have a mento band that starts at 7:00 pm. They usually play for an hour or hour and a half. Great bartenders and drinks too!

So theres this little place called chill spot ,blink and you'll miss it, its inbetween Ricks and Seastar. Its on the side of Seastar.
You can get a drink downstairs, and then go upstairs on the roof, where theres table and chair, and sit and people
and traffic watch, kink of fun. Owner is great, and fun to chat with.
