I used to run but the ice kept falling out of my drink. :p

I am walking the 10K. I'll be sure to have a drink without ice.
I plan on waving at you as you run by.
This will be my third time running 10 km. Have to beat last years time of 50 minutes flat not bad for an old guy!
Started training for the 10k. Never ran or walked in a race before. My wife put the reggae marathon on our bucket list.
The hard part is getting to the start by 5:00 am
Were all in. Paid the registration fee. My running plan is to start in the back of pack and pick off all the runners in front.
Then i wake up.:cool:
