Escovitch fish

Looking for some recomendations on the best places to get escovitch style fish in Negril.

Pablo's across from Samsara and LTU both had excellent Escoveitched fish last week

We had it in seafood and more just near Borboun beach on road side best fish i ever had

Cosmos and Sunbeach have tasty escovitch. Sunbeach is very spicy.

Some are pan fried while others are lightly battered and deep fried. I like them both but prefer the pan fried version. I think I'll go in search of top notch escovich in February.

The kitchen at Traveller's beach resort makes it. My friend had it a couple of times last year and he loved it.

Catcha Falling Star has excellent escoveitched fish. I also had it a few times at Seastar Inn, even though it's not on the menu. The chef was very nice and fixed it for us.

You will find us chowing down on imo best ecovitch fish at Montana's on the beach road across and down a little from Coco La Palm!!! Tekla is the best cook and her husband Tony pours a mean drink!!!

Rumlover, Sharks is directly across from Tensing Pen.

Cosmos

My wife had a great dish of escovich at the boat bar. It was her first time tying the dish and it's been a favorite since then. We both prefer pan fried over deep fried but both are delicious.
