Most will provide at least one way transportation and always have taxis available to take you back - at Ciao Jamaica we got transport both ways. Just pick the restaurant you want to go to and call them to verify. Ciao has excellent Pizza and the Lasagna was one of the best I've tasted.
Kuyaba
Legends
Sea star
Those three are the only ones I can think of at the moment.
I'd like to know other places that offer this, as well. Let's keep this thread going.
Ciao Jamaica had very good pick up service and the food was awesome.

Check out their menu, too!!
Rockhouse.. free pickup.. 5$ per person drop off
I assume that applies for Pushcart, as well?
we usually delivery from Chances for pizza and Sunset after Dark for the best burgers we have ever had, we sit on our balcony drink our own drinks and wait for the delivery, it is cheaper than getting a ride to and from the cliffs, plus we are not paying for their prices for booze, soon come
A few people have reported that Quality's place provides transportation.

Took a taxi to Cosmos. Cosmos took us back to our hotel .
Just make sure you still agree on a price before heading back. We were "strong armed" on our first trip and they would not let us out until we paid $20 for our ride back (same guys who took us for "free"). And yes, it was a very popular restaurant on here that offers "free" rides to dinner.
You should have complained to restaurant. Should cost you about US$5 for two people traveling along beach, or US$10 from cliffs to beach (or vice versa). I always quote those prices to taxi drivers before we get in and never a problem.
We did complain to the restaurant, they apologized and we had left before they could do anything about it. That is why I will not mention their name. But we always know the price before we get in the cab!
We had free pick-ups from LTU, Kuyaba and Ivans besides the others mentioned. Our driver for Ivan's explained that the drivers have contracts with the restaurant to provide free pick-up in exchange for getting the fare returning the guests to their hotels. The funny part was I asked the bartender what to expect for a fare and he said $1200J, the driver asked for $1500 even though we shared the ride with another couple he had picked up but after I reminded him that I tipped him $500J when he brought us to Ivans he was OK with $1200 LOL.
