The best gym facilities are those Mother Nature provided! Sand to walk or jog on, and water to swim in! Red Stripes prove to be good curling weights, but they must be frequently replaced with full bottles for best results. :)
To answer your question, I know Treehouse has yoga classes. They also have some gym equipment but maybe you can arrange day passes with Gail. Other than that, I've only heard of a gym being closer to the roundabout, nothing near Coco I'm aware of.
That's what I get for not finishing my post on time! I assume Gail would have offered her facilities if available. :cool:

Sher is right one is just in front of Negril beach club and just before the roundabout.
Negril gym....nothing special....don't expect anything fancy but for 500J what do you expect? Works for me
We did a lot of walking of the beach... and walking in the water in front of cocolapalm - I found this to be the best exercise - walking against the water! My doctors says my recuperation (spinal injury) is moving along faster because of my time in Negril - and all the walking on land and in the water!

Travellers has basic gym, weights etc.. $5 us or $500 j per day. Good WiFi
