The Jog/Run

was GREAT..!!
haven't been running in months.
felt good
knees HEAL-ed
lungs strong
mucles/body-tone --- out of shape

bunions....almost GONE

stopped in town
and
got a jelly from a lady
Ja$100 .... 'twas a small one..but refreshing and did the *job* for nourishment

i haven't had a good meal since this time yesterday,
and
am NOT hungry

this, for me, is a downside of Jamaica ---- i don't get hungry ...... 'tis something(?) about the food/fruit/etc

on way back home
stopped in town to get some stylish socks that all the young guys are wearing.

was sexually harrassed by several wo-mons

i should report 'em to the police

makes no sense
just because a guy wears short-shorts
and shoes a lot skin
don't mean he's encourage-ing the type of sexual innuendo verbal abuse i suffer-ed

i feel so dirty & yucky

i saw him this morning.
he's now in his twenties

STILL a slick-ster

this morning, he had on these socks
that i'd been seeing guys wearing around town

my former photo-assistant
was always up with the styles etc.
and i could count on his *guidance*
for somethings Jamaican

we chatted

NUTIN' wrong with my socks...!!!..

in fact,
aside from their being associated with skin-bleaching,
those socks are working wonders for me

in my water boots,
they keep the boot top from rubbing on my legs

they block the dust from settling on my so-tender foreign skin

protect my skin from crawling bugs, ants, flying things, etc etc etc

me not sure,
but me think the mosquitoes have hard time bite-ing thru 'em

so,
get yourself some socks like them, on your next trip
....bleaching cream NOT required.

I was gonna say those socks would be perfect with the wata boot dem.
