Re: Three new places to come...
Where abouts on the beach is Woodstock located? It looks pretty big.

Re: Three new places to enjoy...
Uh oh. Where is that Bamboo Walk located? If it is within an easy walk of my hotel, I gonna be in big trouble with Devon House ice cream so close!

The workmanship and design of Woodstock is amazing! They have an enormous root ball of a tree completely carved out that took years to sculpt apparently. It will be an icon on the beach ( next to Rooms) I'm sure

Re: Three new places to enjoy...
By the way, check out Bnewbs pic of Woodstock and the 2 storey extension going up behind it! I found an amazing dynamic growing in Negril recently. I am looking forward to our nightly walks on the new sidewalk checking out the different restaurants on the beach road. Everybody seems to have eager anticipation to this years season. Can't wait.

Re: Three new places to enjoy...
With all these new establishments opening, it might be time to update that wonderful map of Negril. I don't think it's been updated since 2011.
We will definitely check out Woodstock in December. Looks like a great place for a webcast too (hint hint wink)!

I was wondering the same thing...approx. $4.50us a shot...thought that was reasonable...but I don't buy a lot of vodka shots.
A really good brand of Jamaican vodka that is catching a few people's attention is the Rum Fire brand...I'll be asking my vodka experts what they think...

Re: Three new places to enjoy...
Must be new never have seen Jamaican vodka.

Re: Three new places to enjoy...
Anyone on the rock right now able to post more opinions and/or pictures of the new bar, Woodstock, located between roots and rooms? Missing the beach terribly and need some new wallpaper for my computer.

Re: Three new places to enjoy...
Not only is there Jamaican Vodka; but it's cheap. Not the brand Lisa mentioned; but another kind by one of the 'known' makers has a blue label and costs less than 10 dollars U.S. for a 750 ml.

Big Frank...I think you're referring to Kirov vodka.
At present the only vodka served at Woodstock is Smirnoff.
